1987-1990~ Coach Hart was a 3 time All-State selection in high school as a pitcher/shortstop with a 33-9 record in four years on Varsity.
1990-1992~ Played for Coach Bragg Stockton at the University of Houston and was an All-Conference 3rd baseman for the Cougars his sophomore year batting .417

1993~ Coach Hart transferred to Concordia Lutheran College for his Junior year and led the Tornadoes to the conference championship for the first time in school history posting a 13-3 record on the mound and batting .385. Coach Hart was selected to the 1993 NAIA All-American 1st team as a pitcher.
1993~ Coach Hart signed a free agent contract with the Chicago Cubs in 1993 after his junior year at Concordia.
1994~ Hart spent his first season with the Peoria Chiefs of the Midwest League and was 4-2 with 3 saves and a 3.62 ERA before being promoted to Daytona Beach of the Florida State League. There Coach Hart went 3-3 with 12 saves and an ERA of 1.69.
1995~ In his 2nd full season Hart spent it in Daytona Beach and the AA Orlando Cubs where he went a combined 0-2 with 27 saves and a 2.18 ERA and was selected to the 1995 Florida State League All Star game. His Daytona Cubs won the Florida State League title and set the record for wins by a minor league team that season.
1996~ Coach Hart spent the full season at AA Orlando and posted a 3-5 record with a 3.21 ERA with 4 saves. Coach Hart was selected to play in the Southern League All Star game against the Chicago Cubs.
1997 ~ Spent the first half of the season split between the AAA Iowa Cubs and AA Orlando Cubs before signing a contract with the Thunder Bay Whiskey Jacks of the Northern League. In Thunder Bay Coach Hart set the team record for saves with 16 and made the Northern League All Star team and picked up the save in the inaugural event.
1998 ~ Hart played for the Whiskey Jacks once again and led the Northern League in saves with 19 and made his second consecutive All-Star game in the Northern League. Coach Hart signed a professional contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks but retired with an arm injury.

1990-1993 ~ Coach Hart guided his hometown American High School Legion team to 3 straight district titles and 2 state championship berths.

1993-1998 ~ Jason coached Fall Ball with the Austin Slam and took the team to several showcase tournaments around the country.
1999 ~ Jason coached the Fort William American Majors All Star team to the Ontario Provincial Little League tournament after winning the City District tournament.
2000-2012 ~ Started the Northwest Slam Baseball Club in the spring of 2000 and has had over 35 players attend colleges to play baseball and seen 4 players chosen in the MLB draft.

2011 ~ Coach Hart started the Lakehead Varsity Baseball Club at Lakehead University and they started competing in the NCBA. Coach Hart guided the Thunderwolves to a birth in the NCBA Div. II Regionals in Huntingburg, IN where they finished 3rd in their 1st year of existence. Lakehead went 18-14 overall and was 8-4 in conference play and was ranked as high as #10 in the NCBA Div. II National Poll.
2012 ~ The Thunderwolves once again grabbed a birth in the NCBA Div. II Regionals. Finished the 2012 season as the pitching coach for the Thunder Bay Border Cats in the Northwoods League. Coached the Port Arthur Nationals minor All-Star team to a District 3 Championship.
2013 ~ Lakehead University missed out on the play-offs going 10-10 overall. Started a 10U rep travel team with the Thunder Bay Lakers baseball program and travelled to 3 tournaments grabbing a 3rd place finish in the Art Von Classic.
2014 ~ Lakehead finished 7-10 and missed the play-offs. Coached the 11U Thunder Bay Lakers and won 3rd place honors at the Lake Hallie Classic.
2015 ~ Coach Hart guided the 10U Thunder Bay Lakers to a 2nd place finish in the St. Francis Classic and a 3rd place finish in the Art Von Classic. He also coached the Port Arthur Nationals to another District 3 Minor Championship.
